Arihant Kumar Narendrakumar Jain
Arihant Kumar N. Jain leads Accredo Pharma Science Limited. Under his direction the company built the Rapid-I division for everyday medical practice, launched GynoCare in women’s health and fertility, entered Ayurvedic therapeutics under NitVeda and, most recently, in vitro diagnostics.
He drove the expansion from Tamil Nadu into six states, the move from fully outsourced manufacturing to a majority stake in the Pregio Pharma facility in Puducherry, and the conversion of the company into a public limited company. He is responsible for the overall direction of the company, its four divisions and its field organisation, and was featured by The Times of India in its “Visionaries of Impact” series.

Over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry; previously with Alembic Chemical Works Company Limited, American Remedies Limited, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, 2 Biogenemics Limited and Apex Remedies Limited.
Soniya Jain
Promoter and Non-Executive Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Andhra University. She is not involved in day-to-day operations; her role on the board covers governance, financial oversight, risk review and long-term planning.
Meenakshisundaram Kolandaivel
Over 35 years in banking, specialising in credit operations and risk management. Formerly General Manager at the Delhi zonal office of Punjab National Bank and Chief Risk Officer at Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank. A Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, with a post-graduate diploma in management (finance) and a master’s degree from the University of Madras. Served in the Indian Air Force from 1980 to 1987.
Anil Kumar Sharma
Holds an MCA and an MBA (Operations Management) from IGNOU, and a Diploma in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the Indian Air Force. His experience is in telecommunications network operations and solutions.

Over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry across finance, operations, strategic planning and business development, with an academic background in mathematics and financial management. His experience covers manufacturing and supply-chain finance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, regulatory compliance and audits, and support for mergers and acquisitions.
Bhagyashree Hirawat
An Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS A48419). She cleared the CS Professional programme in 2016 and holds a B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata. Previously Company Secretary at Amluckie Investment Company Limited, Kolkata.
