Began operations in Chennai by establishing our first field team and support infrastructure, laying the foundation for our pharmaceutical operations.

Expansion Across Tamil Nadu

Expanded operations across Tamil Nadu with a robust distribution network, establishing strong partnerships with healthcare providers across the state.

Strategic Partnership with Pregio Pharma

Entered Kerala market and partnered with Pregio Pharma Pvt. Ltd. to co-develop 30 products in the general therapeutic segment.

Launched DIA BEAT CARE, our dedicated Cardio-Diabetic division with 7 specialized formulations. Also embraced digital platforms with product listings on Amazon and major e-commerce channels.

Pregio Pharma Pondicherry Facility Acquisition

Achieved backward integration and quality control by acquiring Pregio Pharma's manufacturing facility in Pondicherry as a wholly owned subsidiary.
